The feed unit SKM 135 is applied from 135 mm. It is used to maneuver the push cable and the satellite camera KS 60 CL for the inspection of laterals from the mainline., . The pan mode is activated by the SKM 135 module.
Technical features are the wireless connection to the crawler L135 and to the positioning module PM 135 or to positioning camera module PKM 200 as well as the quick release connection.
In addition this module is used to maneuver the HP-flushing hose in combination with the flushing adaptor TSS 150 or TSS 250 .

 

The positioning module PM 135 with pan function, allows the accurate placement either of the satellite camera KS 60CL or of the flushing adaptor TSS150 inside any laterals. The module also contains an integrated power-LED-illumination.
Even this module has a wireless connection to the feed unit SKM 135 and the quick release technique.
The positioning and the guidance are monitored via the observation camera ZKM 135 which is already mounted on the feed unit.

In combination with the feed unit SKM 135 the PKM 200 will guarantee the accurate positioning and maneuvering of the satellite camera KS 60CL or the flushing unit TSS 250 to the laterals in the application upwards of 200 mm (mainline).
Starting from 200 mm, you can even use the feed unit SKM 135 in conjunction with the PKM 200 as tiltable main camera for the mainline inspection.

The ZKM135 is utilized as a positioning camera from 150 mm upwards

The KS 135Scan is a pan and tilt camera with upright picture modus for the CCTV inspection from 135 mm upwards. With an integrated laser you will have the possibility to measure the pin point or the deformation of an entire reach by using the special module of the PipeCommander software. The camera has power-LED illumination, an upright picture mode and the quick connector technique with wireless connection to the crawler L 135.

The pan and tilt camera KS 60CL (details) as a standard contains a position module (transmitter) and a motor regulated upright picture function ensuring the correct picture position at all times. The integrated power LED lights ensures optimum illumination even in dark pipes. The push cable has a length of 30m.
For the survey of branched out networks the KS 60CL can be equipped with an additional PIN for the inspection of branched dewatering networks, allowing inspections into further branches.

The inspected line route can be graphically displayed with the appended "Navigation Module" of the PipeCommander software.

The so called version part sets TSS 150 (starting from 150mm) and the TSS 250 (starting from 200mm) are components which are required to adapt the satellite system in such a way that a cleaning of laterals directly from the mainline is possible (separate HP unit will be required). In this case a HP flushing adaptor is used instead of the satellite camera KS 60CL with the push cable. The cleaning and feed of the HP hose will be achieved by the water pressure.
