Crawlers:

For an optimum CCTV inspection, you can work with the high performance, steerable Rausch camera crawlers from 100 mm to over 2000 mm. Their drive units are tough and reliable, whereby even long distances within your sewerage systems can be effortlessly inspected.

Specific wheel sets will allow you to go through rough areas smoothly to achieve a professional inspection.
The camera height adjustment can be achieved either mechanically or automatically via a remote control electric lift. The electric height adjustment for accurate positioning of the camera inside the line can already be used from 150 mm upwards.

All camera crawlers are equipped with cardanic , foldable plugs, a two-axis-sensor for inclination measurement and integrated nitrogen filling device for permanent pressure monitor. A LED control light at the control and operating unit indicates any loss of pressure. Standard pressure0.5 bar.

Cameras:

The Power LED illumination of all Rausch pan- and tilt systems provide light in the dark! Additional LED illuminations help you to light up the both far and close range.

From 150 mm upwards, the main camera always produces an upright picture for clearer identification of the position.

Control macros enable you to control camera movements with a single mouse click, e.g. automatic swiveling of joints, return to Zero position and others.

Additional functions such as auto-, manual focus, optical and digital zoom as well as a permanent pressure monitoring are standards.
